Teaching

Cecily has been teaching since 2010 and has experience with both flute and beginning piano. She is a passionate and vibrant teacher that strives to create a positive learning environment for her students. Cecily teaches private lessons in the South Bay. 

Her lessons center around creating a strong musical foundation, for both flute and piano. Basics such as rhythm, musicality, technique, musical theory, and posture are covered as well learning the standard repertoire of each instrument. In addition, Cecily encourages her students how to be confident as musicians and perform with ease.
